I had to share this recipe. I have followed " Mel's Kitchen Cafe" on instagram in addition to reading her blog for a while now. Her recipes all look heavenly, but just yesterday I actually buckled down and made one. It was so simple and MAN ALIVE it knocked my socks off! I'm not a talented cook or baker, but these things are simple enough that even I pulled them off and felt like a master baker.
I gave some away, let Kyle eat a few, and now will eat all the rest by myself while Kyle is at work. The brown butter frosting is the kicker. It is just.......melt...
